Complete Staff Solutions is hiring on behalf of a respected concreting company that specialises in removing trip hazards from footpaths for councils and commercial clients across Sydney.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate specialised concrete grinding equipment (full training provided)

Safely use tools and vehicles to complete daily tasks at various sites

Conduct site inspections and complete basic reports

Maintain your tools, equipment, and vehicle to a high standard

Follow all safety procedures and protocols at all times

What We’re Looking For:

No experience needed – just a great attitude and willingness to learn

Comfortable working outdoors and handling physical tasks (lifting 15–25kg)

White Card

Manual Driver’s Licence (C Class)

Punctual, reliable, and able to work both in a team and independently

Able to provide 2 recent references from previous supervisors
