About the Role

We are seeking an experienced site Forman or qualified “Tradie” to take the next step in their career as one of our site Forman!

You will play a crucial role in all site related operations, you will oversee the day-to-day general staff movements and work progress on site as well as carrying out all instructions provided by the site manager.

Each of our Projects have experienced & dedicated site managers to mentor & direct you with the smooth running of general site-based issues.

If you are career minded & motivated, with a great attitude and at least 3 years’ experience as a qualified Trades person working in the Australian Industrial / Commercial Construction industry, this role will be a “life changer”.

Qualifications and skills required:

· 3 + years of post Trades experience within the Australian Industrial / Commercial Construction industry.

· Certified Trade qualification – (A structural trade background is preferred)

· Solid knowledge and understanding of construction site OH&S, WH&S

· Strong leadership skills, ability to manage on-site labour & trades people

· Confident computer skills

· QLD “White card”

· Software experience in Hammer or Procore (an advantage)

· Must be a team player

· MUST HAVE -- Excellent attitude, reliability, Initiative and drive

· Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
