MB Customs is one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing signage and branding companies, specialising in vehicle wraps, fleet branding, building signage, interior/exterior signage and custom uniforms. We’re expanding our team and looking for a talented Graphic Designer who’s passionate about creativity, speed, and growth.

About the Role

As our in-house Graphic Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating:

Vehicle wraps and fleet branding concepts

Exterior and interior signage layouts

Uniform design mockups and branding applications

Marketing/branding materials when required

You’ll be working closely with our production and sales team to bring client visions to life, sometimes from a detailed brief, other times from scratch using your own creativity.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in signage, wraps, or similar design industries

Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop a plus)

Ability to create ideas without a full brief, but also follow brand guidelines when provided

An eye for bold, standout design suited for vehicles and signage

Interest in growing with a business that’s scaling fast
