Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise carpenters and laborers on-site, ensuring all work meets company standards and project specifications.

Coordinate daily tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion.

Interpret drawings, and specifications to guide construction activities.

Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Troubleshoot issues that arise during construction.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a carpenter, with at least 2 years in a leading hand or foreman role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
