About you

You’re an experienced Client Services Manager who takes pride in delivering outstanding client experiences. Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for accuracy, you make sure nothing slips through the cracks. You’re curious, ask questions, and look for ways to improve how things are done.

With strong communication skills, you connect easily with clients and build genuine relationships. You enjoy being part of a close-knit team, bring a collaborative mindset, and love pitching in to achieve great outcomes together.

About the role

You’ll be the go-to support for both planners and clients, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Your attention to detail will ensure compliance is met and records are accurate, while your teamwork will keep clients engaged and planners supported.

What you’ll be doing:

· First point of contact for client enquiries

· Preparing and editing advice documents

· Assisting planners with strategies and implementation

· Keeping CRM and client records accurate

· Ensuring compliance obligations are met

· Supporting client meetings - notes, prep, and a warm welcome
