Located at the busy corner of Forrest Highway and Taranto Road, Miami Bakehouse Myalup is a favourite stop for travellers between Perth and the Southwest. Known for our handmade gourmet pies, artisan breads, and award-winning hospitality, our team is renowned for quality, speed, and service.

Your Impact

As the Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll be instrumental in:

· Leading, supporting, and inspiring a high-performing team

· Managing fast-paced daily operations with excellence

· Achieving and exceeding KPIs - labour/sales goals

· Driving customer satisfaction and handling service issues confidently

· Overseeing stock control, ordering, and cost management

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

· 2–3 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail operations

· Proven success achieving business metrics and managing budgets

· Strong organisational and time management skills

· High energy and the ability to perform under pressure

· Natural leadership with excellent coaching and communication skills

· A hands-on attitude and commitment to team success
