Senior Systems Engineer - MSP | Perth | $60ph + Super
Tackle complex issues. Lead Microsoft 365 & Azure projects. Influence client roadmaps.
Be the senior presence in the team-deliver migrations, engage clients with confidence, and mentor junior engineers.

Your role

• Take charge of advanced escalations and resolve challenging technical incidents across servers, cloud, networking, and security
• Lead deployment projects (Azure/M365 migrations, identity, networking) and contribute to strategic client planning
• Support and coach Level 1/2 engineers, raising technical standards and improving documentation
• Communicate with impact-keeping clients informed and aligning with leadership teams

What you'll experience

• Wide exposure to diverse SMB client environments with shifting priorities
• Responsibility for your own workload, balanced with strong team collaboration
• Emphasis on ticket accuracy, documentation, and time entry-clarity is key to how we operate
• Occasional after-hours work when needed (with fair compensation)

What you bring

• Solid MSP background with deep skills in Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and scripting/automation
• Confidence in client engagement, roadmaps, and leadership conversations
• Experience guiding junior engineers and setting technical direction
• Perth-based, with unrestricted work rights and a WA driver's licence + car
