About the Role:
Based in an inner suburb south of Brisbane (with free on-site parking), you'll be the go-to person for a close-knit team leading all facets of day-to-day operations. About You:
You’re bright, bubbly, and unflappable – the kind of person people naturally enjoy being around. You bring a warm, empathetic approach when supporting your team and can take a proactive approach to solving problems. We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in an Operations-based role
• Previous experience working for a logistics company such as AusPost or similar
• A history of managing small teams
