As a consequence, we are currently experiencing an influx of customer enquiries, meaning we need to expand our team and are looking for passionate, ambitious, and driven Salespeople to join our PHONE SALES REPRESENTATIVE TEAM.

Role Overview:

This role will involve converting leads into customers through a rigorous and developed, proved and tested sales process. This is a phone based role, and will involve educating clients on the benefits of solar and our other products, guiding them through our tested sales process, and assist them in making the decision to ultimately connect a Solar System to their home.

This role offers an attractive earning potential - with a base salary of $52,000 per year plus generous commissions.

Your hard work can lead to on-target earnings of $90,000 to $130,000 annually, or even more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sales Conversion: Engage inbound and outbound leads via phone, delivering tailored solar solutions to meet their needs.

Customer Education: Clearly explain the benefits of solar products, installation processes, and financial savings.

Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Sales Process Management: Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals with professionalism.

Achieving Targets: Smash your sales goals to unlock uncapped commission potential and performance incentives.
