This role is primarily telemarketing, making calls to company-generated leads and customers nationwide, with occasional walk-in enquiries (minimal foot traffic). No machinery knowledge is required — we provide full sales and product training, and our mechanics handle technical questions — so you can focus on building relationships and closing sales.

What you’ll do

Make outbound calls to prospects and customers across Australia

Close sales over the phone (previous phone sales experience is essential)

Greet occasional walk-in customers at our Adelaide office

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Collaborate with mechanics for technical product support
