Leading a small but impactful team, you will mentor and guide staff to deliver high-quality governance and compliance outcomes, while ensuring alignment with RMIT’s broader values and strategic objectives

About You

You will bring:

A relevant tertiary qualification (postgraduate desirable).

Proven leadership and management experience in an education setting.

Expert knowledge of risk and regulatory frameworks related to international education (ESOS Act, National Code, Foundation Program Standards, ELICOS Standards, HESF).

Strong experience in developing, reviewing and implementing fit-for-purpose policies and procedures.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with executives, regulators and diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice and drive continuous improvement in governance and compliance.

Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.

A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to mentor, coach and develop staff.
