Early Education Holdings is on the lookout for enthusiastic and committed Childcare Educators and Group Leaders to become part of our expanding team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality early learning experiences within a caring and supportive environment.

Your Role Will Include:

Designing and delivering educational programs that reflect the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space where children can learn and grow.

Building meaningful connections with children, families, and your fellow educators.

Supporting each child’s individual learning journey, needs, and interests.

Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

A Cert3, Diploma or Bachelor of education birth to 5 (ECT) in Early Childhood Education.

A current Working With Children Check (WWCC).

Up-to-date First Aid qualifications, including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

A genuine love for working with young children and contributing to their development.
