Course Coordinator (Full-Time)

Location: Kiama or Bomaderry (with travel between sites)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: $87,808.50 - $93,931.50 p.a. + annual leave loading + super

About the Role

As Course Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of accredited training programs in areas such as Business, IT & Digital Literacy, and Hospitality. You’ll support trainers and students, ensure compliance with ASQA standards, and engage with industry to align training with workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead course planning, delivery, and assessment strategies

• Provide educational leadership and support to trainers

• Ensure student engagement, wellbeing, and retention

• Maintain strong industry and stakeholder relationships

• Oversee compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement

• Contribute to marketing and promotion of courses

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in vocational education and training

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)

• Strong understanding of ASQA standards and RTO compliance

• Proven ability to manage programs and lead teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Current Working With Children Check and National Criminal History Check

• First Aid Certificate (desirable)

• C Class Driver’s Licence
