Senior Associate - Construction, Infrastructure & Projects

The Work

You'll be advising developers, contractors, and all levels of government on a range of front-end construction and infrastructure matters, including:

• Drafting and negotiating complex construction, project, and commercial agreements
• Advising on procurement methods
• Supporting infrastructure delivery across aged care, education, residential, community, utilities, and sport
• Claims management, tender documentation, and contract strategy
• Client engagement and marketing initiatives to drive practice growth
• Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to a positive, high-performance team

About You

You will be a technically sharp, commercially savvy lawyer with at least 5-7+ years PAE in construction, infrastructure, or major projects. You will be confident managing matters, but still keen to learn and grow. You will enjoy the responsibility of client-facing work, and you want to build a career, alongside the industry's best.
