The Role:

We’re currently seeking experienced and safety-focused Traffic Controllers to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of on-road traffic control experience and a solid understanding of site safety, setup, and coordination. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive company with clear pathways for growth—including the potential to move into a Team Leader role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, manage, and pack down traffic control sites safely

Direct and coordinate vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow

Communicate clearly with team members and site personnel

Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and traffic plans

Represent PTM with professionalism on all job sites

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience in traffic control (preferred)

Valid Traffic Control tickets (Stop/Slow & Implement Traffic Management Plans)

White Card (Construction Induction)

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude

Ability to work flexible hours, including early starts and weekends if required

Drivers licence and reliable transport (essential)
