About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team at Tilt Group, where traditional accounting meets innovative business solutions. This is a hands-on processing role focused on business financials, tax returns, BAS preparation, and tax planning. You'll be working within established workflow systems and processes while gaining valuable exposure to our integrated business coaching, bookkeeping, mortgage broking, and asset finance divisions.

What You'll Be Doing

Processing business financials and preparing comprehensive tax returns

Managing BAS preparation and lodgments

Conducting tax planning strategies for clients

Following established workflows and systems to ensure consistency and quality

Collaborating across our multi-service platform including bookkeeping, coaching, and finance arms

Working as part of a cohesive team where we all support each client collectively

Utilizing cutting-edge software and technology to deliver superior outcomes

What We're Looking For

3-5 years + of solid experience in public practice accounting

Strong attention to detail with excellent processing capabilities

Team player who thrives within structured systems and processes

The right mindset and personality - this is non-negotiable for us

Comfort with technology and willingness to embrace new software solutions

Willingness to learn and adapt in a multi-faceted business environment

CA/CPA qualification is welcomed but not essential
