We’re looking for an experienced Senior Accountant (Tax & Business Advisory) to join our collaborative team in Balgowlah.

💼 What You’ll Do:

Manage your own portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries

Deliver proactive business and tax advisory services directly to clients

Identify opportunities to grow client value and develop niche specialties

Mentor junior team members (if desired), with support from senior staff

✅ What You’ll Need:

It is an expectation that you will have spent a few years as an accountant in a private practice and understand the systems and processes we rely on to support our clients and grow the business.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

5+ years' experience in a public practice accounting firm (Australian experience essential)

CA qualified (or close to completion)

Strong working knowledge of Xero

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Australian permanent residency or citizenship
