Our Handy Line® range is loved across the country, and we’re growing fast. With that growth comes an opportunity for a driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take our digital advertising, content and campaigns to the next level.

What You’ll Do -

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll:

Manage and optimise Meta, Google Search, Display & Shopping campaigns

Assist the Marketing Manager with paid media strategy & budget performance

Monitor performance in GA4, Tag Manager & Ads Manager

Use heatmaps & behaviour tools to improve website conversion

Create ad copy, Canva/Photoshop assets, short videos & UGC briefs

Update Shopify banners, product pages, landing pages & lightboxes

Help create & test Klaviyo campaigns and flows (abandoned cart, welcome, win-back)

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in digital marketing or performance-focused eCommerce role

Experience running high-performing Meta & Google Ads, using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Tag Manager and analytics dashboards

Knowledge of customer journeys, funnel strategy, conversion optimisation, ROAS, CAC, and A/B testing

Working experience with Canva/Adobe CC, Shopify and/or Klaviyo

Data-driven but creatively minded

Organised, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves to achieve results in a tight-knit team

Nice to Have

UGC campaign & video editing experience

Knowledge of Pinterest or TikTok marketing

Copywriting experience
