We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator, preferably with civil infrastructure experience, to join our team. Suitable candidates will have prior experience in working closely with a project team, be extremely well organised and driven to ensure projects are delivered without compromise. You will liaise with clients, stakeholders, finance, production managers and project directors along each project journey.

You will be enthusiastic, energetic and have a good work ethic, optimistic outlook and high level of self-motivation. Opportunities to progress within this fast growing company are available and encouraged for the right candidate.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfil a Project Coordinator role across multiple projects simultaneously.

• Communicate with clients, suppliers, engineers, designers and stakeholders to assist in delivering project success.

• Administer project contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Ensure project administration & operations are managed effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of Project Coordinator experience in the Australian construction industry.

• Previous experience in civil infrastructure will be highly regarded.

• Strong organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent contract administration skills.

• The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
