Matthews Petroleum is a locally family owned company in operation for over 50 years with multiple petroleum retail sites in Western Victoria and SA.

We are seeking Casual Console Operator to join the team at our BP Service Station in Terang.
This role requires both weekday and weekend work, morning and afternoon shifts .

The core duties of the role will include but are not limited to:

Console operation.

Various Shifts available between 6:30am and 8:15pm 7 days a week.

Provide great customer service.

Maintain effective merchandising and stock control for optimum store presentation.

General cleaning tasks for site.

Promote safe working environment.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience preferred in retail sales and use of POS system but not essential.

Availability to work weekends and nights. Be 18years old or over.

Work well within a small team

Experience in, and motivation, to provide excellent service and take pride in allocated tasks

Excellent communication skills

Demonstrated ability to honestly and accurately handle cash transactions

A well groomed professional appearance

Training is provided on the job with support of site Manager and current team.
