Your typical day as a Principal Communications Officer may include:
• collaborating with business areas to take a brief on a new challenge or issue, designing a comms and engagement approach and preparing assets to help them deliver the right message at the right time
• planning internal communications, interviewing staff and creating and sharing stories that highlight the great work across the organisation
• crafting content for social, stakeholders and clients that connects with and educates audiences
• responding to media issues, working with subject matter experts to deliver an organisational response
• managing a small team to deliver comms solutions that improve client experience.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate a high level of relevant experience, superior written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
