Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will business partner with a range of properties while driving timely and accurate financial and management reporting.

Description

• Complete quality and timely Financial Reports, including month-end analysis & commentary for different assets
• Presenting financial reports to senior management and in client meetings
• Provide value adding business partnering to the senior management, centre teams and clients
• Complete quality and timely Annual Budget and Business Plan preparation & presentations to relevant stakeholders
• Deliver quarterly forecast by partnering with centre management stakeholders, challenging assumptions and providing financial insights
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, monthly reporting and analytical tools to add value to decision making
• Driving continuous improvement of budgeting and forecasting module

Profile

• CA/CPA qualified
• Tertiary qualified in accounting/finance or similar
• Immediate or short notice availability
• Suited to a 2nd time mover out of Big 4, but open to strong first time movers
• Excellent interpersonal/business partnering skills
• Property experience highly regarded but not requisite
