About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join the team at Green RV in Forest Glen, Queensland. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers throughout the sales process. This is a full-time position, offering competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work for a dynamic and growing company within the sales industry.

What you'll be doing

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements

Demonstrate and showcase the features and benefits of our products to customers

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses

Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial contact to final purchase

Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, industry trends and competitor offerings

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience and sales processes

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the retail or customer service industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer queries and objections

A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Familiarity with the sales industry and the ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings

Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience
