The Role

This is a boots-on-the-ground role, ideal for someone who thrives on the road, talking carbon in the yards, and turning paddock-side conversations into signed projects.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Drive the full sales process from lead gen to signature
• Convert inbound and self-sourced leads across QLD, NSW, VIC
• Use your grazing sector network to build referral pipelines
• Educate and engage landholders on soil carbon potential
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding
• Maintain accurate CRM tracking and forecasts

About You

You’re a farm-savvy sales operator with deep roots in the grazing game. You know how to earn trust, speak the language, and close complex deals.
You’ll need:

• A strong beef/grazing industry network and sales drive
• Proven track record converting relationships into commercial wins
• Emotional intelligence to guide long sales cycles
• Comfort explaining technical concepts simply
• Experience in AgTech, carbon, or advisory sales (ideal)
• Ag background (degree or hands-on)
• Drivers licence
