Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management
• Assist with processing orders, invoices, and customer communications
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and inventory systems
• Support the sales team with quotes, follow-ups, and client interactions
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service
• Help prepare reports and presentations for management
What We’re Looking For
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in admin or sales support is a bonus, but not required
Qualifications
• High school certificate or equivalent
• Certificate or diploma in business administration or related field (preferred but not essential)
