This role is more than cleaning and laundry — it’s about contributing to an environment where residents feel valued, respected, and cared for every day.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all areas.

Ensure residents’ clothing is freshly laundered, ironed, and stored appropriately.

Clean residents’ rooms, common areas, and foyer entrances to a high standard.

Follow hygiene, safety, and infection-control procedures.

Comply with all OH&S requirements at all times.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or laundry (advantageous but not essential).

Strong self-motivation and enthusiasm for your work.

Good communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
