About the Role
We’re a family-run engineering business looking for a Factory Hand to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role working across automotive wiring harness manufacturing and custom engineering projects.
What You’ll Need
✔ Basic knowledge of welding (essential)
✔ Experience using hand tools (essential)
✔ Driver’s license & reliable transport
✔ Strong attention to detail and safety focus
✔ Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn
What You’ll Do
Assist with wiring harness manufacturing
Perform basic welding & fabrication tasks
General factory duties, including loading/unloading
Keep workspace clean & safe
