Join a Growing Regional IT Team
T4 Group is looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our Bairnsdale office. This role offers a mix of service desk support and onsite client visits across East Gippsland — giving you variety, autonomy, and the chance to build genuine client relationships.
What You’ll Do
You'll join our Service Desk Team and work on our clients' diverse IT requests and incidents.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provide Level 1–2 IT support across Microsoft 365, desktops, servers, and networks.
Respond to client requests via phone, email, and portal.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating when needed.
Attend onsite visits for installations, maintenance, and projects.
Log and document work in Autotask & IT Glue.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in IT support, service desk, or MSP role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
Good troubleshooting skills and ownership of tasks.
Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.
Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with Autotask, IT Glue, 3CX, Sophos, or Ubiquiti.
Certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL).
