We are currently seeking a Property Maintenance Labourer to support our facilities and grounds maintenance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general property and grounds maintenance

Conduct building repairs and handyman duties (non-trade qualified)

Support a range of site upkeep and repair tasks

Demonstrate a strong commitment to WHS and environmental standards

About You – Selection Criteria

Experience in a similar multi-skilled labouring or maintenance role

Physically fit and capable of handling physically demanding work

Familiarity with property/building maintenance tasks

Current White Card (WHS construction induction)

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

Ability to follow directions and work independently

Desirable (Highly Regarded)

EWP licence and/or working at heights certification

Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities support role

Important Information

The successful candidate will be required to complete a full pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening.
