Atlantis Constructions Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Construction Labourer / Builder's Assistant to join our team in Wollongong, NSW. We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident individual who is physically capable and ready to take on a hands-on role.

What you'll be doing

Assisting builder, project manager and tradespeople.

Transporting materials, tools, and equipment to work sites

Performing general labouring duties including digging, carrying, and lifting

Cleaning and maintaining the work site and equipment

Following all safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment

Completing any other tasks as directed by the site supervisor or project manager

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a construction labourer or in a similar role

Excellent physical fitness to perform demanding manual tasks

A strong focus on safety and the ability to follow instructions closely

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

An enthusiastic, hardworking, and reliable approach to your work

What you need

A valid driver's licence or access to reliable transportation

A valid white card

PPE equipment (Hard hat, safety boots, etc)
