Your Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Certificate IV in Accounting and/or bookkeeping

Extensive experience (3 -5 years experience)

Xero Suite experience highly desirable

Work ranging with a multitude of client structures and industries

Must have excellent English written and oral communication skills

Tasks & Responsibilities

Bank reconciliations

Day-to-day creditor ad debtor data entry

Regular reconciliations of balance sheet accounts

Entering and processing a variety of payrolls

Assisting in the month end process

BAS/IAS preparation

Review and tidy of client data files in preparation for annual tax compliance

Transition of clients files to Xero as required

Provision of Xero software training to clients

Responding to client bookkeeping and software queries

Client billing

General accounts administration support

High level bookkeeping work and client assistance

Training and assisting Junior staff
