We’re looking for a motivated Field Sales Manager to spearhead our WA & SA sales efforts. You’ll build, guide, and inspire a team of 10–12 new-business-hunting BDMs, driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious targets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor your BDMs, unlocking their potential and maximising performance.
- Analyse KPIs to track success, identify improvement areas, and strategise for results.
- Foster a positive, high-morale environment that encourages teamwork and engagement.
- Demonstrate a history of leading field based sales teams and achieving measurable results.
- Drive results in a new business based environment on short sales cycles
- Regular field & state based travel is required
