Job Description:

A Handyman or Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a variety of repair, upkeep, and maintenance tasks across residential, commercial, or hospitality properties. This role ensures that buildings, equipment, and facilities remain safe, functional, and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs on doors, windows, walls, floors, and fixtures

Conduct basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work

Maintain and repair appliances and equipment

Paint and patch surfaces as needed

Assemble furniture and fittings

Inspect and troubleshoot maintenance issues

Respond to maintenance requests from staff or tenants

Maintain outdoor areas including gardens, paths, and fences

Ensure compliance with safety and building standards

Keep records of maintenance activities and materials used
