Our field based Consultancy team is expanding and we’re on the lookout for 3 passionate Health & Safety Consultants to join our high-performing consultancy team in Sydney. This is a client-facing role where you’ll provide expert, tailored WHS advice and create meaningful change for businesses across Sydney and regional NSW.

What will you do:

• Partner with businesses to understand their WHS needs and risks.
• Deliver tailored solutions including policies, procedures, SWMS, and action plans.
• Build strong relationships through site visits and hands-on support.

What you'll bring:

• 2–3 years' experience in WHS (consulting and high-risk industries ideal).
• Minimum Cert IV in WHS.
• Confident communicator who can simplify the complex.
• Full driver’s licence – this is a field-based role (vehicle or allowance provided).
