ABOUT THE ROLE
Momentum Collective is seeking a dedicated RN to audit, train, and support staff in safe and effective medication administration.

Key Responsibilities
· Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with medication policies and procedures
· Deliver practical medication management training and sign-off for all relevant staff
· Update training materials to reflect current evidence-based practices
· Provide expert guidance on complex medication cases
· Visit and audit sites from Tweed Heads to Coffs Harbour to ensure safety and compliance
· Collaborate with the Quality and Compliance team to meet regulatory standards
· Support staff in meeting individual client care needs

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
· Strong background in training and assessment
· Current First Aid & CPR certification
· Unencumbered Driver’s Licence
· NDIS Worker Screening and satisfactory criminal record check
· Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
· Understanding of health issues affecting people with disability
