(1) Electronics Assembler

Location: Adelaide, SA Salary: $80,000 + super Work Set-up: On-site, Full-time

About the Role: We are looking for Electronics Assemblers who are passionate about precision and quality. You will play a hands-on role in assembling and testing components that power advanced aerospace and defence technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, solder, and wire electronic components and sub-assemblies
• Conduct quality checks and testing to ensure compliance with specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to meet project requirements
• Maintain accurate assembly and test records

Qualifications:

• Background in electronics assembly or production
• Strong soldering and wiring skills
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings/schematics
• Experience in aerospace, defence, or high-tech manufacturing (desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail and safety standards
• Must be an Australian citizen

(2) General Assembler / Assembler Hand

Location: Adelaide, SA Salary: $70,000 + super Work Set-up: On-site, Full-time

About the Role: We are seeking General Assemblers to join our composites manufacturing line. This role is ideal for hands-on individuals who take pride in precision assembly and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fit mechanical and composite parts to exact specifications
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely
• Follow detailed work instructions and maintain quality standards
• Assist with material handling and workshop organisation
• Support senior technicians and engineers as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in general assembly, production, or manufacturing
• Ability to work with tools and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Experience in aerospace/defence manufacturing is an advantage
• Must be an Australian citizen

(3) Assembler Supervisor (Electronics Background)

Location: Adelaide, SA Salary: $100,000 + super Work Set-up: On-site, Full-time

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Assembler Supervisor with an electronics background to lead a team of assemblers in delivering high-quality propulsion system components. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with quality standards, and provide technical guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of assemblers (electronics & general)
• Plan, schedule, and allocate tasks to meet production deadlines
• Ensure adherence to aerospace and defence quality standards
• Provide hands-on technical support (electronics assembly, soldering, wiring)
• Train and mentor junior assemblers to build capability within the team
• Drive process improvements and maintain production efficiency

Qualifications:

• Strong background in electronics assembly or related field
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Solid understanding of quality control and compliance requirements
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Defence/aerospace industry experience (desirable)
• Must be an Australian Citizen
