CrewSELECT are on the lookout for a switched-on TA with civil/groundwork experience to join one of our key clients on a civil subdivision project.

This is an ongoing opportunity with a leading civil company we’ve worked with across multiple sites — strong crew, good culture, and long-term potential. Work alongside experienced drainers and trades while learning on the go.

What’s on Offer:

$38.75/hr

9.5hr days, Monday to Friday

Ongoing work with a growing civil contractor

Work with a top crew — supportive, experienced, and no egos

Project has solid backing with long-term potential

The Role:

Assisting drainers and trades on site

Spotting, backfilling, and plate compacting

General civil labouring and site prep

Operating skid steer safely and effectively to complete general site clean up (no final trim required)

What We’re Looking For:

Previous civil site experience

White card & Driver’s Licence essential

Skid steer ticket OR Dogging Course completed

Can-do attitude and willingness to muck in

Happy to work with a diverse team

Dersireable: Water corp inducted
