About the role

We have experienced growth as a company and seek a dedicated and professionally like-minded person to join our team. We are currently seeking versatile and skilled individuals with experience in operating heavy machinery. As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, assisting with various construction tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our projects.

You will join us in our existing project in Baldivis WA to start with. Travel will be required between sites depending on projects requirements.

Key Selection Criteria

Experienced Plant Operator, Excavator and Skid Steer. Good at grading and groundwork preparation, final trim. Ideal candidate is willing to do hand work and other manual labouring jobs when required.

Proven previous experience in civil construction works.

Hold a current Australian C class drivers license with a clean driving record. HR license highly desired.

Hold a current valid construction white card.

Have your own reliable transport and willingness to travel between sites as required.

Proof of Australian working rights.

Valid equipment operator certifications.

Tasks & responsibilities

Operate a range of heavy equipment such as loaders, trucks, excavators, forklifts, compactor and skid steer.

Operators to perform groundwork preparation works, box out, grading to design levels, detailed excavations.

Perform routine equipment maintenance & troubleshooting.

Manual labour including digging, lifting, carrying materials, general site upkeep and assisting in other skilled site works when required.

Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
