Today, we proudly employ up to 30 specialist operators and staff across the country, backed by a dedicated Safety and Training team that works tirelessly to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing

Operate tractors, mowers, loaders, sprayers, fertilising equipment, and other landscaping machinery to mow, trim, and maintain turf areas;

Safely operate implements such as Verti-drains, corers, slicers, and top dressers to enhance turf health and presentation;

Load and secure plant equipment for transport and travel to and from job sites;

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to protect yourself and others on the job site; and

Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to management.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years’ experience operating tractors, mowers, and other landscaping equipment (desirable);

HR Licence and White Card (required);

Current driver’s licence and reliable transportation;

Proven ability to safely operate a variety of machinery, tools, and implements;

Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality work;

Good physical fitness and stamina to perform physical labour in various weather conditions; and

Effective communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
