About the role

Are you a qualified Naturopath or Nutritionist looking to apply your skills in a dynamic retail environment? Health Food Thyme' is seeking a Naturopath/Nutritionist-Retail Assistant to join our team in Croydon Hills, VIC. This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Provide knowledgeable and personalized advice to customers on natural health products, supplements and dietary needs

Assist with merchandising, inventory management and general retail duties to maintain an organised and well-stocked store

Collaborate with the store manager and team to develop and implement product knowledge training

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, research and developments in natural therapies and alternative medicine

Contribute to creating a welcoming and engaging in-store experience for all customers

What we're looking for

Recognised qualification in Naturopathy, Nutrition or a related natural health discipline

Individuals with a Vibrant and outgoing persona that welcomes our growing customer base as well as understanding the sensitive nature of some consumer requirements.

3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide tailored recommendations to customers

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for natural health and wellness

5. Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and available to open or close the store 2-3 times per week.
