Your Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive top-of-funnel pipeline for Cybertify.
This role is about high-volume prospecting and discipline. You will identify, engage, and qualify decision-makers and then hand warm, qualified opportunities to our senior closers. You’re the engine that feeds the sales machine.
What You’ll Do
High-volume prospecting: 50–100 outbound touches per day (emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls).
List building & first touches: Build and segment target lists, identify key decision-makers, and initiate first contact.
Pipeline feeder: Qualify accounts and pass warm opportunities to senior AEs for discovery and closing.
Maintain clean, accurate pipeline tracking in HubSpot — no sloppy CRM hygiene.
Hit and exceed activity and opportunity KPIs every week.
Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 2 years’ proven B2B outbound experience.
Experience selling into at least one of these sectors:
Financial Services & Fintech
Legal / Law Firms
Education / Training Providers
Technology & SaaS Providers
Medical / Aged Care Organisations
Strong outbound track record: phone, LinkedIn, and email.
Ability to speak credibly to compliance and risk stakeholders.
What You’ll Need
Relentless commercial discipline and comfort with high-volume daily outreach.
Confidence on the phone; ability to break past gatekeepers.
Sharp writing skills for LinkedIn and email outreach.
Obsession with numbers and you know your activity, meeting, and conversion stats.
CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting discipline.
What You’ll Get
Base $70K–$90K + Super + Bonus tied directly to qualified meetings and pipeline generated.
Transparent OTE: $120K–$150K (uncapped accelerators for over-performance).
