We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our team in Cronulla, NSW 2230.

We are looking for staff who can work day and night. The candidate must be able to work night shift.

The role:

The role will see you lead PCWs during your shift. Responding to wounds, falls, and medication are all in a day's work for a registered nurse in Aged Care. Pathways is proud to say that we have above industry staffing ratios.

About you:

We are after registered nurses who are passionate about delivering quality care to our older Australians

Experience in aged care/geriatrics required

Knowledge and understanding of: accreditation processes, codes of conduct, WHS, Infection Control, Compliance Management, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and the Aged Care Quality Standards

Able to manage a small team of AINs, be computer literate, and have sound verbal and written communication abilities

Analytical, a problem solver, and friendly to work with

A few requirements of the role:

Relevant experience and qualification in nursing + AHPRA registration

COVID19 vaccine + Flu vaccine

Right to work in Australia + 100 Points of ID

Current police check + NDIS Worker Clearance

$39.17-$46.41/hour BASE + super + penalty rates + various allowances (e.g. uniform allowance, nurse-in-charge allowance and more)
