An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Systems Analyst / Solutions Specialist to join a Top ASX-listed company at the centre of a major supply chain transformation. We’re seeking a systems-savvy professional with a strong Business Analysis foundation who can also take ownership of solution design and system delivery. You’ll bridge operations, IT, and the business to ensure our Warehouse Management (WMS) and ERP platforms deliver real value across the organisation. With broad exposure across the business, this role will give you the chance to play a key part in streamlining supply chain and inventory operations, supporting large-scale transformation projects, and driving meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into solution models and partner with IT teams to design and deliver changes.

Support WMS/ERP projects (e.g. Peacocks WMS, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, Manhattan, Infor, JDA/Blue Yonder or similar).

Proactively identify and resolve system issues, providing expert advice to stakeholders.

Analyse and report on incidents, problems, and audit requirements.

Support system upgrades, enhancements, and decommissioning activities.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, simplify processes, and standardise ways of working.

Coordinate and support testing (UAT, SIT), ensuring solutions are validated and business-ready.

Key Experience

3-5 years’ experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms in a corporate environment.

Strong Business Analysis skills (requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, testing).

Experience in supply chain and inventory transformation projects (highly desirable).

Exposure to system design, optimisation, or vendor management (Applications/Systems Analyst experience).

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work across diverse teams and drive successful outcomes.

Knowledge of document management systems (a plus).
