Your Impact & Our Culture

Design and Innovate: You will work alongside a Senior Civil Engineer to design cost-effective projects for our clients. Your work will involve conducting feasibility studies, drawing up sketches, and ensuring all designs comply with regulations.

Lead by Example: We value leadership that inspires. You will lead by example for both technical and non-technical personnel, internally and externally. This includes mentoring and providing constructive feedback to junior personnel and collaborating with senior staff to build key relationships with stakeholders.

Problem-Solve with Support: In our supportive environment, you will assess potential risks, materials, and costs and creatively resolve any emerging problems. We encourage a respectful, challenging atmosphere to ensure we find the best solutions together. You will also monitor progress and compile project reports.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1-4 years in Civil Engineering, with experience in residential & commercial subdivisions and/or public works infrastructure projects.

Qualifications: A Bachelor of Civil Engineering or an equivalent degree.
