Complete Staff Solutions are seeking experienced Roller Operators/Labourers for ongoing work located between Lismore and Casino.

This role will see you working predominantly on the roller, with additional labouring duties across road and bridge construction projects. A travel allowance is included.

Key Responsibilities

Operate roller machinery safely and efficiently on road and bridge works

Carry out general labouring duties as required on-site

Follow site safety procedures and directions from supervisors

Contribute to a productive and team-focused work environment

About You

Current White Card and Roller Ticket (essential)

Proven experience operating rollers in civil construction

Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic

Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
