Protech is on the lookout for a reliable, hard-working Roller Operator to join our team on a project in Cessnock.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Immediate start available
• Casual employment - full time hours
• Monday to Friday roster - day shift

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate roller machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform general labouring duties where required
• Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors and crew to meet project deadlines

TICKETS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Construction White Card
• Drivers Licence and reliable transport
• Valid RII for Roller Operations
• Proven experience working on earthworks or construction sites
• A strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
• Immediate availability is essential
• Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screening
