About the Group
This group specialize in commercial new build and complex fit-out/refurbishment projects up to $50 mil. They have strong relationships in the education, aviation and government sector and been delivering projects in these sectors for over 15 years. They are looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to join their business to manage bids and provide expert advice on construction delivery.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for

• Oversee and set the construction program in the bid management phase.
• Prepare the construction methodology for the tender.
• Provide expert advice on buildability
• Prepare site logistic plans.
• Prepare safety and environmental plans for the tender.
• Work closely with clients and consultants to understand project requirements and RFI's for tender
• Work closely with the estimating and design team to manage any risk on the tender.

About You
You will ideally come from a Project delivery background and worked for commercial builders. Experience working on complex projects in live environments will be looked upon favorably. You will be able to provide expert advice on programming, construction methodology and buildability. Candidates that are currently in a Project Manager role will be considered for this position.
