Operator

Position Overview: As an Operator, you will play a vital role in our site cleanup operations, working collaboratively with a Truck and Dog operator and a labourer. Your primary responsibility will be to transport and deliver materials, operate the truck and bobcat, and assist in various site cleanup tasks across residential sites across the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the truck and bobcat safely and efficiently to transport materials to and from residential sites.

Collaborate with the truck and dog operator and labourer to perform site cleanup tasks, including soil removal, waste disposal, and general site maintenance.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Perform pre-starts checks every morning, reporting any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.

Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Valid and current Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's license

Minimum of 3 years of truck driving experience, preferably in construction or similar industries.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols related to truck and bobcat operations

Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Basic mechanical knowledge for performing routine vehicle inspections.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing tasks and environments.

Bobcat operation experience essential, minimum 12 months

Drivers licence
