Overview

We are currently seeking a range of motivated and reliable individuals for an LIVE civil project near Redcliffe. These roles present an excellent opportunity to gain long-term employment for the right candidates. We are hiring for the following positions:

Civil Carpenter

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with formwork and general carpentry tasks on civil infrastructure
  
• Work alongside other trades and labourers on site
  
• Read and interpret drawings/plans when required
  
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
  

Requirements:

• Background in residential or commercial carpentry
  
• Willingness to transition into civil construction
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team
  
• White Card (Construction Induction)
  
• Own tools preferred
  

Civil Concreter/Steel Fixer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform steel fixing and civil concreting tasks as required
  
• Screeding of concrete (not required to be a finisher)
  
• Assist with set-out and preparation for concrete pours
  
• Follow directions from supervisors and contribute to safe site practices
  

Requirements:

• Experience in both steel fixing and civil concreting
  
• Competent in screeding concrete surfaces
  
• Physically fit and reliable
  
• White Card
  
• Own PPE
  

Civil Plant Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery including:
  Excavators (20t, 14t, 5t)
  Skid Steer/Posi Track
  Roller
  HR Truck
  

Requirements:

• Relevant machine tickets/licences (e.g., Excavator, Skid Steer, Roller, HR)
  
• GPS or UTS experience (desirable but not essential)
  
• Seeking candidates with civil site experience
• Jump out of the machine and assist with labour when required
• White Card
  

General Labourers (2x Positions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a hopper to fill sandbags (no shoveling)
  
• Manual handling and repetitive tasks for extended hours
  
• Keep site and equipment clean and safe
  
• Report to site supervisors and follow instructions closely
  

Requirements:

• Physically fit and capable of 10-hour shifts
  
• Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
