The Project

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a landmark religious project, delivering a space of significant cultural and community importance. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to final handover
• Lead and coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards
• Uphold WHS, compliance and environmental standards across all activities
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships in a sensitive project environment

About You

• Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial, community, or institutional projects ($10M+)
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Building or a related field
• Ability to manage competing priorities in complex and sensitive environments
• Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail
